I am a PhD researcher at Nyenrode Business University and the Academic Medical Center (Emma Children’s Hospital) in Amsterdam. My professional goal is to develop both business and scientific skills to bridge the translational gap between these two worlds. With a focus on lean management, I study how firms can enhance their operational excellence and customer satisfaction levels while cultivating a culture where people are respected, how firefighting can be turned into proactive problem prevention, and where waste is eliminated.
I am a co-founder of Dutch Software: one single platform that offers information about Dutch (product)software companies, their products and industries served, enriched with data about venture capitalists involved, rankings, and related news.
In addition, I also offer consultancy services related to lean management, process flow optimization, partner ecosystem creation and related subjects. My goal is to aid organizations in advancing their strategic development. From my academic background and practical experience, I assist firms to bridge the gap between theory and practice that many struggle with.
